Meet the Instructor: Tracy

Yoga has helped Tracy regain a presence through life’s everyday challenges. She believes the practice of yoga should be fun first and foremost, but that it also provide the opportunity for self-discovery and self-acceptance.
With a competitive sports background and busy family life, Tracy wanted a balance between her high-intensity fitness routines and the quieter, mind-body connection that is found in yoga. While vinyasa is her go-to style of yoga, she enjoys the relaxation and grounding that a restorative yoga has to offer as well. Off her mat, Tracy and her husband are raising 3 teenage boys, and she keeps busy as a freelance graphic designer and works part-time for the local area Chamber of Commerce promoting events and connecting businesses within the community. Volunteering and community involvement is very important.
Her passion is to help others find the same balance and path towards self-exploration while also having fun! Tracy received her 200-hr RYT certification through Power Moves Yoga in Batavia in the Fall of 2017 and is in the process of working towards her 300-hr RYT certification.

Join Tracy on Tuesday at 9am for restorative yoga, Thursday at 7pm for a vinyasa flow yoga and Friday morning yoga for beginners!
